I call these "The Three Aces of Yoga" for simple reason :
These are three therapeutic postures of Yoga that help in curing & dealing with Diabetes, Hypertension, Digestive disorder, Menstrual cycle imbalance, Back Pain, Insomnia and many other discomforts & disorders.
As they are good for curing, they are definitely very good for prevention.
Practicing these on a daily bases can lead to Physical, Mental & emotional wellbeing.
