In this video, I'll guide you through three essential exercises specifically designed to help manage prolapse symptoms. You'll learn what the real culprit behind worsening symptoms often is, and how many of us unknowingly bear down throughout our day.
I'll teach you a breathing technique that focuses on rib movement rather than belly breathing to reduce pressure on your pelvic floor. We'll explore why proper pelvic positioning is crucial for healing – when your pelvis is overly tipped or tucked, it makes it harder for your pelvic floor to support itself naturally.
These exercises work by engaging your core and pelvic floor together, allowing them to lift naturally without excessive squeezing or straining. The goal is simple: reduce downward pressure, strengthen your pelvic floor, and teach it to work in harmony with your core.
