Day 21 - the end of the 21-day daily build.
This is the final video in the series. In this episode I’m closing out the first phase: what got proven, what surprised me, what didn’t work perfectly, and what changes after the daily uploads end.
Over these 21 days the goal wasn’t highlights — it was documenting the real process of building a 3D printing business from the ground up: getting the farm running under load, identifying workflow bottlenecks, validating presentation, and comparing a real market product to what we printed in-house.
From here the focus shifts from building the foundation to operating it: standardizing runs, reducing attention per job, tightening workflow, and making deliberate next-phase decisions.
