This day in South Iceland was long, cold, windy, rainy — and honestly exhausting ❄️
But it was also one of the most unforgettable days of our Iceland winter trip.
From standing in icy winds at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, watching icebergs drift in silence, to walking along Diamond Beach with freezing rain hitting our faces — this day tested us, but rewarded us.
We end the day in Vík, surrounded by black sand beaches and dramatic cliffs, completely tired but in awe of Iceland’s raw beauty.
