Creating a Cycling Team (ep1. The Making of a Team)

Its official, we have started a cycling team. There is so much to cover in this episode. I tell you my history of teams and how this whole thing got started. I take you on our first ride as a team and a little look at our team camp, but mainly set up the context for all future videos of "The Making of a Team"

This series is going to attempt to look at the inner workings of running a team. Its going to span weeks or even months at a time, which aim of showing the ups and downs of running an amateur cycling team.

I will still be doing my normal raceday vlogs and race breakdowns, but this series will focus solely on the team aspect. I know this one is a lot of talking head, but I needed to explain how all this came together so the rest of the videos make sence.
