Materials Needed:
• Striped fabric for the top
• Solid navy fabric for the skirt
• Ruffle trim or extra fabric for creating ruffles
• Decorative bow and button
• Scissors, measuring tape, pins
• Sewing machine and matching thread

Steps:
1. Cutting the Fabric:
• For the top, measure and cut the striped fabric to your baby’s size, creating a bodice piece with long sleeves.
• For the skirt, cut a large circular or gathered piece from the solid navy fabric for a full skirt effect.
2. Preparing the Bodice:
• Sew the shoulder and side seams of the bodice.
