This is a drive from the Resort Area of Virginia Beach to Newport News, VA. This drive showcases the average commute from the beach to the peninsula area on a normal weekday, but during non-tourist/non-peak season. This video was recorded at the very beginning of the evening rush hour. Given the start and destination, it is also possible to do this drive completely remaining on US 60 (it is the cross road at the traffic light at the beginning of this video), however this drive instead utilizes I-264 and I-64 to make the majority of the trip.
