Meringue "ma'rang" is a type of dessert or candy, often associated with Italian, Swiss and French cuisine.It is a light mixture of stiffy beaten egg whites and sugar, baked until crisp or used as a topping for desserts.
MERINGUE RECIPE
Ingredients:
5 pcs - Egg White
1 tsp - Cream of Tartar
1/2 cup - Powdered Sugar
160 ml - White Sugar
1 drop - Food Color
•Fushia Pink
•Pandan
•Sky Blue
•Lemon Yellow
Bake at 100°C for 40 minutes
