Moves (each round): Jumping Jack → Squat Knee Drive → Push-Up Shoulder Tap → Stepback Kick (R) → Stepback Kick (L) → Mountain Climber → Standing Crunch → Skater Hop → Plank Reach → Squat Pulse Jump.
Mods: Push-ups from knees; plank reach from knees; stepback kick = reverse lunge; slow climbers; low-impact jacks.
