We're at work at MasterHands this week as Old Crusher Renovation.

Our goal: To repair an old unusable crusher and make it more useful again.

Old Crusher Renovation Restoration Process;

Cleaning the rust in the iron section of the crusher is carried out with the help of a wire brush using rust-cleansing liquid. In the next procedure, the mouth part of the crusher is shaped.

Now that the crusher's rust cleaning process is finished, the holding zone construction phase for more comfortable use;

The hole is drilled with the help of a drill by applying heat treatment to the middle of the crusher. The appropriate size is taken and the appropriate board is cut so that it can be held more easily by hand. The roughness around the board is removed and the board is drilled and cut into two pieces so that it can easily pass through the middle of the crusher. The wooden part is drilled to sit on top of the crusher and a pin is applied on top of it. Green epoxy material is filled to fill the gaps inside the wooden surface. After the filling process is finished, the wooden surface is cleaned and made to be more comfortable to hold by hand. The roughness in the hit area is cleaned and made available by applying a final blasting process.

Old Crusher Renovation (Eski kırıcı tamiri) Restorasyon Süreci;

Kırıcının demir bölümündeki pası temizlemek pas temizleyici sıvı kullanarak tel fırça yardımıyla temizleme işlemi yapılır. Sonraki işlemde kırıcının ağız bölümü şekil verilir.

Artık kırıcının pas temizleme işlemi bittiğine göre daha rahat kullanım için tutma bölgesi yapım aşaması;

Kırıcının ortasına ısı işlem uygulanarak matkap yardımıyla delik atılır. Elle daha rahat tutulabilmesi için uygun ölçü alınır ve uygun tahta kesilir. Tahtanın etrafındaki pürüzler alınır ve kırıcının ortasından rahatlıkla geçebilmesi için tahta delinir ve kesilerek iki parça haline getirilir. Tahta parça kırıcının üstüne oturması için delinir ve üstüne pim çakma işlemi gerçekleşir. Tahta yüzeyin içindeki boşlukların doldurulması için yeşil epoxy malzeme doldurulur. Doldurma işlemi bittikten sonra tahta yüzey temizlenir ve elle daha rahat tutulabilecek şekle getirilir. Vurma alanındaki pürüzler temizlenir ve son bir patlatma işlemi uygulanarak kullanılabilir hale getirilir.
