Recipe:
For the Crème Pâtissière:
3 Medium Egg Yolks
1 1/2tsp Golden Caster Sugar
1 1/2tsp Corn Flour
350ml Whole Milk
1 Vanilla Pod
250g Mascarpone cheese
Your choice of fruits-
I chose strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
2 Tbsp Apricot Jam
3-4 Tbsp Boiling Water
Sweet shortcrust Pastry Cases
