I'll do my best to upload one video every week showing one of the week's quality training sessions. I'll talk through the 2x speed warmup explaining the session and how I felt about it, and then overlay music over the main set if you want to use for your own training.
This week a Zone 5 session of:
1- 6 x 2 minutes @ 112% FTP on 1 minute recovery. Then 4 minute recovery into
2- 4 minute ramp doing 2 minute @ 110%, 1 minute 115%, 1 minute 120%. After 2 minute recovery then
3 - 8 minute tempo to finish
In the end my numbers:
6 x 2 minutes averaging 377W on 1 minute at 210W. 4 minute ramp up at 394W average into 8 minute tempo at 277W.
