This video I document my natural hair journey while in corporate america. I big chopped July of 2013 and this video documents my length from then to Feb 2015 (1yr 1/2 Later) I have photos through June 2015, but my next length check will be this coming September when I flat Iron / silk press (stay tuned). I Hope you enjoy taking a look at where Ive come and where I still have to go.

My Goal of hair growth / hair acceleration is to be mid back length by Summer of 2016. Let's see if I can to it.

The following things I will be doing to achieve this is :
Protective styling (as I am wearing a U- part wig in this video as a part of that)
clean scalp (shampooing and cowashing regularly along with clarifying APV rinses)

Deep treatments (with the use of Steam as well as protein alternative treatment with Henna every 6-8 weeks)

Low manipulation

and the LOC method.

I am also considering trying GHE method after I flat iron to see how that works for the remainder of the year.
