Mashing Temperature in Beer Brewing Explained

When it comes to brewing beer one of the most important aspects of the process that will determine much of the characteristics of your beer is your mashing temperature. Different mash temperatures will determine whether a beer is fuller-bodied or lighter, it will also play a role in the alcohol content of the beer. Knowing what your mash in temperature should be and then knowing how to correct it if it ends up too high or too low are skills a good brewer needs to develop.
