They say fortune favors the bold, but sometimes, the bold get buried. Using a recipe generously shared by fellow Brewtubers Josh from Fire and Eyes Brewery and Mark from Board Shorts Brewing, this is my attempt at a Pliny the Elder-inspired batch that I’ve dubbed "Vanquished by Vesuvius." Watch to learn a bit about the history of Double IPAs, what to look out for as you brew one, see some brew day and (rather indelicate) dry hopping footage, and of course we taste and discuss the final product.
