व्हेज नगेट्स तयार करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य:
पाव किलो मटार
१५० ग्राम बारीक रवा
३ उकडलेले बटाटे
पांढरे तीळ
चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
लसूण
हिरवी मिरची
मीठ
हिंग
कॉर्न फ्लोअर
आमचूर पावडर
तेल
जिरे
Ingredients required to make Veg Nuggets:
1/4 kg green peas
150 gm semolina
3 boiled potatoes
while sesame seeds
chilly flakes
garlic
green chilies
salt
hing
corn flour
dried mango powder
oil
cumin
Method:
Grind green peas, green chilies, and garlic in a mixer grinder.
Do not make a fine paste.
Now, add 2 tbsp oil in a pan on the gas stove.
Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, chilly flakes, hing, salt to taste and dried mango powder in it.
Now, add the ground mixture in the pan and fry well for 5 minutes.
Add half cup water in the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Once, it is cooked, add semolina in the pan and mix well.
Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Take the mixture out in a plate and add grated boiled potatoes in it and mix well.
You can also use 1 tbsp oil to mix this mixture properly and make a dough.
Make balls of the dough and make rolls of each ball.
Cut small nuggets in whatever shape you like from each roll.
Sprinkle corn flour on the nuggets and add some oil in a pan on the gas stove.
Deep fry the nuggets on medium temperature oil on a low flame.
Your crispy and tasty nuggets are ready.
