This is a quick 'get in' & 'get out' 40 minute ViPR (Vitality. Performance. Reconditioning) Circuit.
What is ViPR?
ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes. ViPR introduces a new concept in fitness and sports conditioning – Loaded Movement Training.
Start with a quick general warm up with some dynamic stretching then straight into the following:
You will do the whole circuit 3 times:
1- Thread the needle ViPR Squats 40 second on/ 20 second break (40/20)
2- ViPR Golfer Pendulum Twist (40/20)
3- Press up ViPR pull (40/20)
4- ViPR Triple Squat (40/20)
5- ViPR Ice Skaters (40/20)
6- Lunging ViPR Uppercut (40/20)
7- Digging ViPR core twist (40/20)
8- Lateral ViPR Lunges (40/20)
9- ViPR weighted Side steps (40/20)
10- ViPR Box Presses (40/20)
After the Circuit take a 1 minute break and then repeat the whole Circuit another 2 times.
