Day 3 of our five-day Kruger National Park visit began in Marloth Park as we headed to Tamboti Tented Camp, where we would be spending the next three nights. It didn’t take long on our slow drive before we came across three lions, perfectly setting the tone for the rest of the day. We went on to spot more lions, hyenas, elephants, even a leopard and a variety of other wildlife. The drive was incredible, with a final stop at Sunset Dam for this trip and a visit to Tshokwane Picnic Site. The day ended with a braai back at camp, listening to the sounds of the bush at night before heading to bed in our comfortable safari tent. Nothing compares to moments like these.
