Potato hotpot which is known in Cameroon as hotpot is a delicacy that can be prepared during special occasions like birthdays & weddings.

10 lbs bag Potatoes
1.5kg chicken
1kg beef
20 green beans
4 carrots
1 green bell peppers
1 yellow bell peppers
1 orange red bell peppers
2 onions
Rosemary
Thyme
1 maggi cube
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp powdered garlic
7 fresh tomatoes
2 spoons tomato paste
8 garlic cloves
1 finger ginger
Habenero pepper (optional)
1 tsp mix seasoning
2 cups vegetable oil
Basil
Parsley
1/2 Leaks
2 spoons Crayfish
2 spoons seasoning powder
Salt to tast
