Join me for a short somatic tracking exercise that will help you shift your usual response to chronic pain and other symptoms.
As human beings, we are normally very reactive to pain. This means that when we feel pain or any sort of discomfort, we start wishing it away, or trying to ignore it in the hope that it disappears.
But sometimes, we need to learn how to do the very opposite. To turn off the fight or flight response, we need to get more familiar with our pain and other unpleasant sensations.
This pain reprocessing technique will help you do just that!
