You’ve Never Tasted Corn Like This! | Perfect Corn on the Cob with Spicy Yaji Butter Garlic Glaze!
6 fresh corns
100g of butter
2 cloves of garlic
A pinch of salt
Yaji (suya spice) or blended
roasted groundnut
with pepper, seasonings, and
ehuru (calabash nutmeg).
If you don't have an oven, you can use a pot for the glazing part. Also, a blended mixture of roasted groundnut mixed with pepper, seasonings, calabash nutmeg, onions and a pinch of salt can replace Yaji. There is also a recipe for Yaji in my videos. Check it out
