• Heavy Cream: 250 ml 🥛
• Freshly Grated Nutmeg: ½ tsp (2 grams) 🌰
• Egg Yolks: 3 large (for more thin texture)🥚or 4 for large for thicker texture.
• Sugar (for yolks): 100 grams 🍬
• Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp (5 ml) 🌼
• Alcohol (optional):
• Low Alcohol: 135 ml bourbon/whiskey 🥃
• Medium Alcohol: 200 ml bourbon/whiskey 🥃
• High Alcohol: 400 ml bourbon/whiskey 🥃
