I've had a intermittent fault on my ABS system for a long time.
I think the right front sensor were damaged, and maybe had some small short circuit sometimes causing signal amplitude / level to fluctuate.
Symptoms before changing this sensor were slight "purr" in the pedal while braking to a slow stop, and ABS light turning on while driving on bumpy roads. (Very intermittent fault)
Not sure about the correct signal levels, but the recorded data is what I had.
Sensor is a non BMW aftermarket sensor, bought from Ivo Cristov in Netherlands.
