My Pre-Work SLOW Morning Routine For Peace & Productivity

My current pre-work morning routine as a busy worker living alone ✨

The morning has always been my favourite time of day, but of recent I've really come to notice the many benefits it brings for enabling me to have a peaceful and productive start to my day.
In this video I want to share my 6am peaceful and simple morning routine that I have adopted since embracing a minimalist and slow living lifestyle. It has helped equip me to feel my best, embrace productivity habits and tackle each opportunity the day brings.

GRILLED PEACHES ON TOAST

Ingredients
-1 peach
-1/2 tsp coconut oil
-runny honey
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-2 tbsp thick greek yogurt
-3/4 walnuts (finely chopped)
-2 slices of thick crusty bread of choice

1. Start by heating a pan on a high heat with the coconut oil until melted.
2. Slice the peach relatively thin around 1cm thick into a size of your liking
3. Place the peach slices in the pan until they begin to sizzle and cook until golden and caramelised on each side (approx 4/5 min each side)
4. Meanwhile toast your bread
5. Once the peaches are grilled and toast is ready, start by layering the peanut butter then the yogurt on the toast. Top with the grilled peaches and walnuts and a generous drizzle of honey.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy, this combo is DELICIOUS I am absolutely obsessed!! 😋
