Now that the Israelites were settled for a while before continuing their journey, they needed to know how to address issues related to their interpersonal relationships.
As we already know, the Israelites were human beings like us, so they would obviously have challenges in interpersonal relationships.
They were an agrarian people, so some of the issues that create misunderstanding have to do with the animals they used for grazing the fields and for sacrifice to their God.
So God was not only concerned about them as human beings, but he was also concerned about the welfare of their animals.
We will be looking at the liabilities and responsibilities that the Israelites have concerning their animals..
