Happy Halloween guys! My favorite holiday is amongst us and I couldn't be more happier. In todays VLOG I'll be taking you through a tour of my home and its spooky Halloween inspired decorations, as well as sharing my secret EASILY MADE LOW CALORIE pumpkin spiced mug cake An absolute staple dessert for those late night cravings , giving some insights on my binge eating recovery, and having a post workout cookie mukbung with my husband! I hope you all enjoy the holiday to come, and remember to have fun, but always be safe!

PUMPKIN SPICE MUG CAKE RECIPE:
-2 Tbsp flour ( any kind will work)
-1 Tbsp almond flour
-1/2 tsp of both cinnamon and pumpkin spice seasoning
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 packets of sweetener of choice ( splenda, stevia, truvia)
-1 heaping Tbsp 100% pumpkin pure
-1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp egg whites
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips ( Desired amount)
Microwave for 1min 30 secs, in 30 sec intervals
ENJOY!!
