what do you think about this little cute appetizer from Thailand ? :)
There are so many name to call them such as golden bag, golden purse, thung thong, crispy dumpling, money bag.
This recipe can make about 50 little bags. You can keep them in the freezer for over 2 weeks. when you want to eat just fry them in the hot oil (medium heat) slowly cook. Don't need to defrost it.

Ingredients
200 gram minced pork
200 gram minced shrimp
30 gram dried mushroom (soaked in the water until soft)
4 coriander roots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp potato starch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
a handful of chives
ส่วนผสม
เนื้อหมูสับ 200 กรัม
กุ้งสับ 200 กรัม
เห็ดหอมแห้ง 30 กรัม (แช่ในน้ำจนนิ่ม)
รากผักชี 4 ต้น
กระเทียม 2 กลีบ
พริกไทยดำ 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาล 2 ช้อนชา
แป้งมัน 2 ช้อนชา
ซอสถั่วเหลือง 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมันงา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ใบกุยช่าย หนึ่งกำมือ
