So you love cooking your meat in Sous Vide? If not you should try it. But there is now a growing concern about microplastics. When you food is cooked for an extended period, with heat, in a plastic vacuum seal bag, you're very likely getting a good dose of microplastics.
This silicone bag may be the solution you're looking for - no plastic in Silicone! And . . . it's easy, and the bags are reusable. More good news - it turns inside out very easily for easy cleaning - much better than several ziplock gallon sized silicone bags that I tried. It's also very helpful to have the long length so that you can just lay the open end over the top of your container - much easier then trying to zip lock a bag while you're doing the water displacement method. All in all, a big win!
