Cho La is the second pass of the (counter-clockwise) Three Passes Trek in the Khumbu region of Nepal. The trail to the pass ascends from Dzonglha and crosses the Cho La Glacier before the summit. I made this ascent on May 11, 2022, starting at around 5.30AM. I didn't have microspikes, so the ascent and descent were a bit sketchy at times.
