VILSA relies on the latest-generation KHS InnoPET FreshSafe stretch blow molding/coating block

KHS FreshSafe PET technology, that keeps beverages perfectly fresh and protects them from external influences with a wafer-thin coating of glass applied to the inside of the PET bottle, has been established on the market for many years. It’s now even more efficient and powerful in its latest machine generation which has undergone further development.

With the latest KHS InnoPET FreshSafe block version, comprising an InnoPET Blomax stretch blow molder and an InnoPET Plasmax Series E coating machine, mineral water producer VILSA is taking the quality and freshness of its premium water up to a new level. With this machine combination, up to 48,000 bottles can be manufactured and coated per hour. Further performance classes are also available.

The new generation offers extensive improvements, particularly with regard to less machine complexity and improved efficiency: maintenance intervals are now longer, thus further reducing the amount of downtime. Machine maintenance is also much simpler and costs are cut. The further development is also convincing in other areas: bottle handling is simpler and even more robust and the new, compact pump module enables flexible configuration and reduces the amount of space taken up by the machine.
