We did a demo on how to utilise decoction mashing to give your beer that real German/Czech traditional feel.

4.3kg Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner
Hops
75g Saaz 2.9% AA (60 mins) 38 IBU
15g Saaz 2.9% AA (40mins) 5.7 IBU
10g Saaz 2.9% AA (8 mins) 1 IBU
Yeast
Wyeast 2001 Urquell Lager
Mash
40m @ 35c - decoct 3.16L
40m @ 53c - decoct 2.43L
45m @ 63c - decoct 3.08L
10m @ 73c
