Macros for the WHOLE Pancake:
315 Calories // 43g Protein // 26g Carbs // 4g Fat
Recipe:
40g Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (1.5 Scoops) OR 20g Whey Protein + 20g Casein Protein (2/3 Scoop each)
14g Coconut Flour (2 Tbs)
10g Cocoa Powder (2 Tbs)
69g Egg Whites (~2 Large Egg Whites)
122g Pumpkin Puree (1/2 Cup)
4g Baking Powder (1 tsp)
3-5g Sweetener
30g Liquid of Choice (2 Tbs)
*Top it off with some syrup, greek yogurt, or even some ice cream!
