Ultimate Electric Beach Cart

After being exhausted from pulling a heavy cart for more than 2 miles to the beach, I knew I needed to find a solution. So, I created the ultimate electric beach cart using parts from a used Razor Dirt Quad ATV and a Gorilla Cart. I hope my project inspires you to create one of your own!

Electrical Box with Cover to store Controller:

Drill four bolts into back of the box and connect with bolts to a U-Bolt plate on the ATV frame

Rear Wheels Modifications:
5/16 Threaded Rod for Axle Flange Hub
Twelve, 5/16 Threaded Nylon Lock Nuts and Twelve Washers
I highly recommend nylon lock nuts because the wheels will be turning at a fast rate, there is a less likelihood these nuts will loosen
