HAPPY SOLSTICE MAGICAL PEOPLE!
In this epic (and long overdue) video, I show you how I celebrated the Solstice with 2 DIY’s and 3 recipes! 100% VEGAN.
As an eclectic, secular and solitary practitioner who has a small family I just love getting into the kitchen for every Sabbat and make foodie-licious MAGIC!
In this video you will capture a glance at my new Aussie surroundings in Central Victoria. Here, the dry beauty of the landscape inspired a wonderful Litha Table wreath, complete with dried Citrus fruits. To eat, I made a delectable Boursin-Style Cheeze to enjoy for breakfast with Litha Sunbread and to top it all off, a wonderful Finnish lemon drink called Sima and a Sunflower Pie (in the shape of a big Sunflower!) for dinner, under the warm Litha sky. The Sima is a Scandinavian beverage made for May Day or Vappu – but I love to make it for both Litha and Bealtaine!!! Yes, Gluttony is my favourite sin!

This video was a long time coming and I would like to thank my followers and Subscribers here and on Instagram and Facebook for their patience and understanding as 2021 was busy and trying to say the least.
However, I look forward to the challenge of bringing you more videos, more often, in 2022. I am still finding my way around the camera and editing software, so my style will change until the light-bulb goes ‘bing’.

There are many Sunflower Pie recipes on the web, however this recipe was veganised and tweaked from a couple of versions and whatever worked for me. Same for the Sima and the Boursin.
