Elbow supination

Elbow supination occurs at the radioulnar joint, where the radius & ulna articulate forming a pivot joint.

Elbow supination is the rotation of the palm of the hand to face upwards towards the sky, typically around 85 degrees across the transverse plane.

The agonistic muscle which enables elbow supination include the biceps brachii, brachioradialis & supinator
