25 minute full body kettlebell workout today! Compound kettlebell exercises for a full body burn! Great interval training to keep the heart rate up for a great cardio workout, while getting you strong and sculpted! This workout is loaded with full body kettlebell exercises that will help you lose fat and tone the entire body.
I'm using a 6 kg kettlebell for this workout, but you can also use a dumbbell. Make sure you adjust your weight to your fitness level!
