So in this video I explain how I managed a busy schedule as a junior doctor with a training schedule. Contending with night shifts and lots of antisocial hours and stress, I managed to still fit in a decent amount of resistance and cardiovascular training.
A lot of people find this difficult - including myself. One of the best things I did was create a simple, full body weights programme, that meant I was hitting most muscle groups adequately each week across 3 sessions per week.
Its very simple and if you have an injury or are not exercising regularly already, you should consult your physio or GP before undertaking anything. But for those that are regularly exercising - check this out and let me know what you think:
