This live, mindful coworking session is designed especially for anyone who wants to get focused with other mindful people (like you!) who are ready to get things done without burning out. Whether you're working from home, studying, or just trying to make progress on a creative project—let's do it together!
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation (5–10 min) to ground and center ourselves, then move into 25 minutes of focused work, followed by a 5-minute mindful break—inspired by the Pomodoro technique.
