Hi! I'm Brianna - I've been a health and fitness coach for 7+ years (running my own biz full time for 5) and have really gotten to see through experience what helps people truly feel and look their best. If you're on a journey to glow up this summer, here are 8 specific things for you to focus on adding into your life over the next 8 weeks to go into the fall this 2.0 you. Think less about adding these in just for the short term to get a result, and more as a new lifestyle you're adopting that you can adjust and change as time goes on to best fit you and your life.
Also, my mouth has NEVER been drier than it was in this video :'). I blame a new latte-style drink I tried. Apologies if my voice is weird!
