Day 18 of our 21 day journey of building a consistent yoga practise. Taking small steps will make it easier to build that sustainable practise. Building and maintaining strength, resilience and flexibility for a joyful life. This is our eighteenth day of this series. The first 7 days were 5 minute practises, followed by 10 minute sessions and we'll finish with 15 minute sessions.
