These are definitely not easy days for most of us. ALL of us are stuck at home, trying to cope up with the'new normal' and the reiterated sense of HOPE. Some days it feels just like a dream - a Hollywood film by a screenwriter who just wanted to WOW his/her audience with an ALL POWERFUL VIRUS.
A. But sadly, it is all true.
B. Sometimes we are happy. Again is that normal? Sometimes we are sad. But the most confusing situation is when we are happy and yet sad. Both at the same time? HOW?!
This month is also the Mental Health Awareness Month. While many of us are experiencing it for the first time, or rather noticing it for the first time, there are some who deal with it on a daily basis. And that too, with a very very high intensity. #MentalHealthMatters to each one of us. It is as much a requirement as our physical health and yet we do not pay much attention to it. #4Mind4Body
Last year, I had done a series of videos to mark this occasion. This year I wanted to challenge myself to MOVE completely out of my own comfort zone and do something that I had NEVER thought I would do ever, with a single focus - To #BreakTheStigma!
In fact, I started the #10MinsofMETime campaign last year and I hope, really really hope that it helps you too in managing your #MentalWellness.
