Day 8 was to take me from Huntsville to Mikisew Provincial Park halfway between Huntsville and North Bay. I received a phone call from a friend who lives at his cottage in Magnetawan. He invited me to his home because he was aware of my travels venturing close to his place of residence. I indulged in his hospitality. This would cut down the number of kilometres I needed to get to Mikisew Provincial Park. This would do wonders for my knee!!
