36 Ford Coupe: 2024 New Years Thrash or Trash

Turning this poor car around in 2024!! In this episode I get after the driver side door issues including basic fitment, refurbishing the jamb substructure, door jam, and stitch weld in the replacement b-pillar. I'm a beginner in this hobby and a more experienced builder will notice that I have a long way to go in refining my work. It is because of this and my naturally optimistic nature that leads me to these forgotten and rusty heaps. I look at these project and see "the potential"... It is fitting that today.. New Years Day, a significant step was made with this Crusty Coupe that may, to some, symbolize hope of a better future than before and that despite a rough exterior...everything can be better than before despite previous trials, tribulations, and neglect! This work was a substantial step forward in stabilizing this car and I believe 2024 is looking up for this old coupe!
