Today, we're cooking an entire Friendsgiving feast in the @OoniHQ Koda 2 Max… in the rain.
Turkey, garlic parm knots, cornbread, roasted veggies, and even dessert — all cooked in one beast of an outdoor pizza oven. This is Friendsgiving, Backyard Pizza Lab style.
The Koda 2 Max features a massive dual-zone cooking area, and for this cook, I utilized every inch of it. A twenty-pound spatchcock turkey, roasted vegetables, cornbread in a Detroit pizza pan, garlic parmesan knots with @PocoBero dough, and a flame-finished apple crumble — everything went into the Max.
