My Weight Loss Challenge Update – Walking 10Kms Daily (I'm averaging between 14 and 15km daily now).
I’m officially into the fouth week of my 24Kg (or maybe 25Kg 😆) weight loss challenge in 3 months, and here’s my third weigh-in update! 📊
✅ Starting weight: 104.4KG
✅ Current weight: 93.5KG
✅ Total weight lost so far: 10.9KG
✅ Total distance walked this month 275 KM
✅ Calories burned this month : 22,800 kcal
🎯 Goal: Lose 24-25KG by June by walking daily, staying active, and cutting out junk food—without strict dieting!
How I'm Losing Weight:
🚶♂️ Walking 10KM daily (around 2 hours)
🛑 Cutting out sweets & junk food (but still enjoying the occasional pint 🍻 and chips 🍟)
☀️ Getting fresh air, sunshine & Vitamin D
🐕 Taking my dogs on beautiful walks in the Southwest of France
I feel amazing, and this challenge is proving that consistent movement + small lifestyle changes = BIG results!
