Welcome to today’s shoulder and glutes focused full body Pilates-inspired workout using a light pair of dumbbells! This 45-minute session blends controlled Pilates movements with dynamic strength training to help you tone, sculpt, and build functional strength from head to toe.
We’ll move through a balanced sequence targeting your core, glutes, arms, legs, and back, focusing on precision, breath, and slow, intentional reps. Expect a mix of standing, mat, and kneeling exercises to challenge your stability, improve posture, and leave you feeling strong and lengthened.
