I documented the result of my insane daily habits over the last few years as I transform my body.
Never any drugs or steroids.
Instead, for +700 days, I have been on a very strict and hard diet (7 days per week) to ensure proper in-take of Calories, Carbs, Fat & Protein (at least 190 g/day)....on top of a crazy work-out plan each week. I personally spend 1.5 hours every night and prepare my 5-6 meals for the following day!!!
*As a quick background, I have been around weights on/off since High School, but never stuck with it for more than 6 months so I won't say that I "just started" 2 years ago.
But as you'll see in the video, I fell out of shape BIG TIME and finally made the commitment and built discipline over the long-term. Since High School I have been: Fit, Fat, Skinny, Skinny Fat, etc. I have seen it all! :-)
I am a Father of two young kids (aged 8 & 2), married, full-time (demanding) job in Technology....yet I had a very eager desire to get into the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE.
To do this, since I didn't have much free time during the day, I:
5x per week, woke up at 4am and for 3 hours spent 100% of this time on "ME"
During this "ME time" I would work-out, read, review my goals, meditate and completely re-vamped my diet
Doing this for a few years required tremendous DISCIPLINE and a clear VISION of what I want.
Every morning (even still today) I write 3 things I am grateful for in a GRATITUDE JOURNAL and read DAILY AFFIRMATIONS
I have pictures around my home about what I want my body to look like, so it's a constant reminder
Everyone MUST have a real EAGER DESIRE to change. This will get you through the tough times when you're in a rut, put on some weight again, feel like you're not making progress. Find a way to associate pain with not meeting your goal.
We can do much more than we think. Aim high.
NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!
