In this video I pack a long rooted (in rocky mix with reservoir) verticillata and a couple of small cuttings to demonstrate in preparation for a Michigan Hoya Lovers Swap.
Some highlights and tips:
-Check in advance to see that you have the right box size
-set out all materials including precut strips of tape
—fresh cuttings do not need to be kept wet/in a medium, but try to secure everything so that they don’t break or move around
-label hoyas so that recipient knows what everything is
-fill empty box space with breathable materials
