Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
To boil pasta:
Pasta - 250g packet
Salt as required
Water - as required to boil pasta
Olive oil - 1 tsp
To cook the vegetables:
Carrot - 1 - cut into small pieces
Capsicum - 1 - cut into small pieces
Tomato - 1 - cut into small pieces
Garlic - crushed - 1 tbsp
Salt - as required
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
For white sauce preparation:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
All purpose flour/ maida - 2 tbsp
Salt - as required
Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
