This is what happens when a Hardcore Carnivore gets ahold of "Plant-Based Meat." I tried the Impossible Burger (made by Impossible Foods) 1.0, now it's time to review Impossible Burger 2.0 by making an All-American cheeseburger, The Big Mac! I figured, Burger King has the "Impossible Whopper," Why not make one of America's Favorite burgers? What are your thoughts on plant-based meat? Special Sauce Recipe:
1 cup + 4 Tablespoons Mayo
1 tablespoon Sweet Relish
1 Tablespoon Prepared Yellow Mustard
1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Teaspoons White Sugar
Half the amount:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Mayo
1.5 teaspoons sweet relish
1.5 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon white sugar
